Meet the Artist!

(This image is a bit outdated, im 21!)I'm Flick, a trans digital artist and animator currently enrolled in SVA's animation program! I make fanart, comics, and other art on my twitter account, @NightSpores (linked on my homepage)!I use this site for my commissions, so if you're interested or want to commission something from me, go ahead and take a look at my commissions tab for my examples gallery and commission form!

Commissions!

All commissions can be requested through my commissions form linked below! After accepting your commission, I'll keep in touch through either dms or email to ensure whatever changes or revisions you want are done so you're completely satisfied with the final product. For more information on my terms of service, revision rules, and permissions, please take a look at my terms of service linked below!More examples will be shown below as I work on my Carrd!

Icons - $60

A shaded character icon with a simple background. All icons come in 1000x1000 resolution by default, but I can make them in any resolution if requested in the commission form!

Animated Icons - $80/100

An animated icon with either blinking or an expression change. Blinking is $25 and expression changing is $40!

1. General TermsAll of my commissions are for personal use only. If you want to use a commission for commercial use, please get in touch with me and we can talk about it!Prices may change based on what is being commissioned, but will generally follow all listed pricing.I have the right to reject any commission that I'm uncomfortable drawing for any reason.Usage of my art in any AI training models or datasets is strictly prohibited.2. PaymentI only accept USD and it can be sent to me through my Paypal.Commissions need to be paid for upfront, with exceptions capable of being made if communicated! For commissions under $30 I will charge the full price upfront, but anything over that will only be 50% upfront.Any changes requested after major stages have already been approved, like requesting a lineart change after I've started shading, are subject to an additional fee.3. Process and DeliveryI will notify you when I've started the commission as well as send work-in-progress pictures of the sketch and lineart stage for approval.Commissions may take 1-6 weeks to complete (This rarely is the actual time, but I've put it here to account for possible things that could get in the way and delay commission work).Communication is really important to me and I will send work-in-progress pictures at a lowered resolution with a watermark to ask for review. I may do this more or less depending on the commission, but it's all to ensure that the final product is something you'll be happy with!Any obstacles to finishing the commission by the estimated time such as health issues, personal life issues, or emergencies will be communicated as soon as possible alongside a new estimated completion time.Upon completion and full payment, your commission will be sent to you digitally through email or whatever other means you'd prefer.4. RevisionsA fee will be added if you want a change on the final drawing, barring any mistakes or miscommunications on my end that may have resulted in something being different than how you wanted.Any changes asked for after previously having approved the drawing will come at an additional fee. The amount will depend on how large the change is.Please provide clear references for what you would like! It's a really important part of the process and will help massively during the commission process. Unclear references may lead to you wanting changes based on details omitted in the reference images, which will have an extra fee.The first two sets of revisions or changes made before approving stages of the commission are always free! After two sweeps of revisions on each stage, any additional ones might have a small fee.5. Copyright / Usage PolicyI, the artist, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. I can use the produced commission for the promotion of my art and post it on my social media. I maintain the right to display it however I want and may use it within any larger works I publish. You, the buyer, are allowed to use the commission for personal use unless agreed otherwise. This includes posting the piece to your social media. You can print the artwork and claim any depicted characters as your own, but not the artwork itself. The art can be used to promote yourself, and while crediting me as the artist is greatly appreciated, it is not required. It may also be used within larger works such as youtube videos, as long as the artwork itself is supplemental and not the focal point of the larger work (I.e. thumbnails or supplemental imagery).Reproducing or using the commissioned artwork commercially (making money from it in any way) is considered copyright infringement. You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature from the artwork if it is there, or alter the artwork without my consent.I retain the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. If you have any issues with or would like to alter this agreement, please contact me and we can discuss a different agreement! I understand that the nature of certain commissions may lean more commercial or be private, so please don't hesitate to ask about altering the usage policy for your commission.6. Customer SatisfactionAt the end of the day, the goal of my commissions is to make sure that you as the commissioner are happy! If any problems arise during the commission process, please contact me as soon as possible so that I may fix the problem!7. Refund / Cancellation PolicyCancellations, unless done very early in the commission process, will result in a 50% refund of the total commission price. This means that if only 50% was paid upfront and the cancellation is done far into the process, no money will be given back as the remaining 50% is still unpaid. Cancellations made before I have started your commission or early on in the sketching stage will receive a 100% refund. If the cancellation is extremely far in the process, such as the end of the lineart stage or shading stage, a refund may not be issued. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, a full refund will be given. If the buyer breaks any of the conditions stated previously they will lose all rights to the commissioned artwork by me, the artist, and I will have the right to use the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, please contact me so that we may change them prior to you ordering your commissioned piece.
